Main animals found in the national park include the tiger, elephant, chital, nilgai, sambar, wild boar, king cobra, hedgehog, flying fox etc. The best time for the tourists on Indian tour and holidays to visit the national park is from the month of November to mid of June as after that monsoons flood the river and the road link is cut.
